The Luminous Cross of Grace Sanctuary, a 120-foot high prayer tower, is the imposing landmark that one could see from all around the town of Agdangan, Quezon.

I am not worthy to write my own narrative as so much has been written on line and in print about this place. Please visit http://luminouscrossofgrace.com/ to find out more about the sanctuary.

How to get there:

It is unfortunate that most Road Maps such as the 1:1000000 scale Philippine Motor Association / National Book Store map do not even show a road in the vicinity of Padre Burgos and Agdangan. Even Openstreetmap does not show a road (as of Dec 2008)

Luckily, waypoints.ph shows a road in the stretch from Malicboy toward the Bondoc Peninsula. So to get to Agdangan, we may follow a part of the same narrative we provided for Pitogo Church and Macalelon Church:

For this narrative, we are giving directions thru the road branching out from the Manila South Road at Malicboy, Pagbilao, Quezon. From Malicboy, the start of the road to Bondoc Peninsula is marked by a welcome arch situated across the road from infront of the Quezon National Agricultural School. If you are coming from Manila, the school is to your left, while the road has a Y-junction to your right. From Malicboy, the road will go thru the towns of Padre Burgos (11km), Agdangan (next 15km). As one approaches Agdangan, it is not difficult to find the 120-foot prayer tower.
